Calming practices, comfort and company during cancer treatment

The Audio Companion is a free 10-part audio series with simple self-care practices for physical and mental well-being.

Audio sessions are designed for patients with cancer:

  • Post-surgery
  • Chemotherapy/radiation
  • Waiting for test results
  • Post-treatment

The program provides tools, ideas, and self-care practices and can be listened to on your smartphone, tablet, or computer and can be utilized as frequently as you like.

The Audio Companion is brought to you by Alison Crowley, C-IAYT E-RYT 500, of Bolster and Bridge. The program can be practiced at home, in the hospital, in waiting rooms, or in treatment centers.
