On-Demand Yoga Videos

We offer the restorative practice of yoga and mindfulness to any person affected by cancer for free in this video library.

Before starting any exercise program, you should always consult your care team.   

We suggest having some props handy if you have them, including a mat, blanket, bolster or pillows, and strap, towel or scarf. Props are not required, but you may find them helpfulThese videos do not have to be used in order.

During this guided relaxation practice you will focus on different areas of your body to promote relaxation and body awareness.
