Eligibility for Access

Access as Site Visitors (read-only view) to the intranet will be granted to:

  • UNC SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty permanent and temporary staff with a UNC Lineberger home department
  • UNC faculty with lab or office space managed in locations by UNC Lineberger
  • UNC faculty who are designated as Center members
  • UNC postdocs with a UNC Lineberger affiliation

If you are unable to log in and meet the above eligibility, email LCCC_Intranet_Admin@unc.edu to request access. Please include your first and last name, ONYEN, and specify your eligibility.


Content Management

Intranet content management (i.e., editing site content, uploading and replacing documents in the library, etc.) will be restricted to authorized Site Owners working under the direction of the Associate Director for Administration.

Content Managers

The current roster of content managers is:

  • Chesley Kalnen, Web Content Manager (Site Owner)
  • Jason Piper, Employee Engagement Coordinator (Site Owner)
  • Susie Smith, Program Director, Data Curation and Analytics (Site Owner)

Version Control

Only the most current version of a given document will reside on the intranet. Individual business units or their appropriate designees are responsible for providing the most recent version of their documents to the content managers.

Content Audit

Content managers will conduct regularly scheduled audits to review content in an effort to present current and accurate information on the UNC Lineberger intranet.
