ITCMS trainee John Pryor recently attended the annual retreat for the Cancer Biology Training Consortium (CABTRAC) in Pittsburgh, PA. John presented a talk titled “A Critical Role for RNA in Chromosome Break Repair”, for which he won Best Oral Presentation.
ITCMS trainee John Pryor recently attended the annual retreat for the Cancer Biology Training Consortium (CABTRAC) in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended this retreat along with ITCMS Assistant Director Channing Der and CCBTP predoctoral T32 Director Adrienne Cox and CCBTP trainee John Runge. CABTRAC was established in 2005 to facilitate the exchange of ideas between individuals and institutions dedicated to the mission of training the next generation of cancer researchers. The consortium works closely with over 80 institutions within the US as well as the National Cancer Institute’s Cancer Training Branch.
