Dr. Kuo is a Senior Statistical Analyst at the Integrated Cancer Information and Surveillance System. She received research training in the fields of biostatistics and psychology. Her research interest focuses on access to healthcare, cancer prevention and treatment, health disparities, and geographic variations of healthcare and health outcomes. She has extensive experience in studies using health insurance claims data (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers) and cancer registries data for cancer prevention and outcome research concerning disparities of health access and outcome among populations and across geographies.
