UNC Lineberger’s Lisa A. Carey, MD, FASCO, co-chaired two sessions and presented a talk at the European Society for Medical Oncology’s Breast Cancer Virtual Congress, which is being held May 5-8.
Carey, the Richardson and Marilyn Jacobs Preyer Distinguished Professor in Breast Cancer Research and deputy director of Clinical Sciences at UNC Lineberger, co-directed a panel of talks on optimal sequence in metastatic HER2+ breast cancer. She also presented a talk as part of the panel. In addition, she co-chaired an oral abstract session where original research was presented on breast cancer treatment.
