Thyme care delivers virtual oncology navigation across all 50 states and multiple practice settings, in partnership with oncologists and health plans, with Thyme Care sharing financial accountability for total cost of care for individuals actively being treated for cancer. The interventions, which include symptom monitoring, early palliative care, and care transitions, are deployed at scale in a way that is uncommon in our current fee-for-service care delivery system. This talk describes how the evidence behind these interventions was translated into practice, covering what the model consists of, how it was built and staffed, and how its effects are measured.

The Cancer Outcomes Research Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan Basch and Stephanie Wheeler.
