Outcomes research requires measures of health that are fit-for-purpose. The evaluation of a measure’s fitness-for-purpose requires some framework for validity. In this talk, Dr. Weinfurt will review how understandings of validity have evolved, including recent changes reflected in FDA draft guidance on clinical outcome assessments.
The Cancer Outcomes Research Program Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan Basch and Stephanie Wheeler.
