Healthcare is entering a profound new era of digital transformation, marked by groundbreaking advancements reshaping the industry. Over the past decade, organizational solutions like electronic health records (EHRs) have revolutionized data-driven research, enabling unprecedented insights into patient care. Today, cutting-edge digital health technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), unlock new possibilities while presenting unique challenges at the end-user, organizational, and policy levels. In this talk, we will explore the innovative digital health applications being developed at UNC, focusing on how these tools can accelerate translational research in cancer. Join us as we delve into the potential of these technologies and their impact on the future of healthcare.

The Cancer Outcomes Research Program Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan Basch and Stephanie Wheeler. Please arrive at 7:45am to join us for a hot breakfast buffet prior to the start of our 8:00am meeting. Parking is available at the Rams Head parking deck next door – we will gather information prior to the semester start to distribute parking QR codes. We can also validate parking individually so parking is free.
