Please note:

• The IRB requires PRC approval letters with all initial submissions for all qualifying studies. Therefore, all appropriate studies are to be submitted to the PRC before submission to the IRB.
• Initial submissions are accepted by the PRC on a first come, first served basis, with a limit of five initial/amendment reviews per meeting.
• The submission deadline is Close of Business on the date of the previous meeting (e.g., the deadline for submission for the January 25 meeting is 5 p.m. on January 11). If the agenda has already reached its limit of five initial/amendment reviews, the study will be put on the next available agenda.
• PRC submissions with incomplete documents or without relevant signoffs will not be considered as submitted by the indicated deadline.
