Here is a quick and easy recipe for roasted parmesan string beans and zucchini!
Ingredients:
2 zucchinis
1 cup string beans
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tsp of your favorite flavors combined. In this video, we combined a pinch of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
A dusting of parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Wash and prepare produce by cutting the ends of the strong beans and chopping the zucchini into small chunks.
- In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the string beans and zucchini.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp of your favorite flavors (garlic powder, salt, onion powder, pepper, etc…)
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
- Top with parmesan cheese and serve hot
