Do you ever wonder how to prepare veggies grown in your garden. It’s easy! This week, we harvested string beans and zucchini and made a video to demonstrate how to prepare them quickly and easily! Watch below and print the recipe to use at home.

Here is a quick and easy recipe for roasted parmesan string beans and zucchini!

Ingredients:
2 zucchinis
1 cup string beans
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tsp of your favorite flavors combined. In this video, we combined a pinch of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
A dusting of parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Wash and prepare produce by cutting the ends of the strong beans and chopping the zucchini into small chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the string beans and zucchini.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of your favorite flavors (garlic powder, salt, onion powder, pepper, etc…)
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
  5. Top with parmesan cheese and serve hot
