The Pediatric Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO) Research Network joins an interdisciplinary group of cancer researchers with the goal to design and validate a questionnaire for children and adolescents to self-report symptomatic adverse events they are experiencing while undergoing cancer treatment.

The overarching goal is to enhance the validity and precision of adverse event reporting in oncology trials and to improve the healthcare for children with cancer by directly including their voice to help us understand what they are experiencing physically and emotionally.

The Pediatric PRO is supported by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and by Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.
