Support for new teams

In order to support your new team development, we provide resources and support in team building strategy, phases of team building, finding seed or pilot funds, writing or reviewing white pages, finding interest parties to engage, tracking team publications and grants, RFA mining for multi-PI R01s and larger grants, and communication for the team.
In addition, we can provide meeting support through scheduling, taking meeting minutes and notes, building meeting agenda, and recording and storing meeting items.

To support existing teams going through grant submission, we can coordinate with study project manager teams, provide document management, create timelines, create budget in collaboration with pre-award, aid in core Development, provide editing and writing services (see Science Writing), EAB/IAB planning, NIH meetings/communication, and graphics support.
In addition, we can provide meeting support through scheduling, taking meeting minutes and notes, building meeting agenda, and recording and storing meeting items.

To support existing teams in sustained program management, we can coordinate with study project manager teams, provide document management, create and maintain timelines and study metrics, EAB/IAB planning, NIH meetings/communication, and RPPR coordination with pre-award.
