The UNC Lineberger Staff Executive Advisory Council (SEAC) is a council of staff members that discuss and plan ways to promote and drive the desired culture throughout UNC Lineberger.

Purpose

The Council aims to:

  • Include members across the center
  • Understand the current UNC Lineberger culture
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to work towards a common vision
  • Promote a warm, welcoming, happy, healthy, and productive work culture
  • Serve as both a sounding board for leadership and a listening ear to staff broadly

Meetings

  • Monthly SEAC meeting
  • Initiative Groups working on various projects

Activities

  • Engagement – example events include the Lineberger picnic, lunch scramble, staff community service opportunities, and in-person and virtual staff events (i.e. In The Know Series, staff outings, Lunch & Learns, and more)
