Symposium Registration
In-Person Attendance
The event is free. An optional buffet lunch is available to attendees on the first day of the symposium. Please indicate on your registration if you will be ordering a lunch (cost: $20).
The deadline to register in advance for in-person attendance is Tuesday, September 2. Your registration confirmation email will also include a virtual attendance link.
Onsite registration will be available at the event. Virtual registration will remain open through the event.
If you require reasonable accommodation for this event, your registration and request for accommodation must be received by Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Onsite Parking
Free onsite parking is available at the Friday Center for attendees. A parking pass must be displayed on the car dashboard. A link to download the parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Virtual Attendance
The event is free. There is no deadline to register for virtual attendance.
Your registration confirmation email will include a virtual attendance link.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when you register. Please retain this important email as it will include:
- A link to download and print your parking pass
- A link with access for virtual attendance
- A link to the UNC Lineberger Scientific Symposium website
