Symposium FAQ

You will be able to do onsite registration at the event –  come to the Friday Center and we’ll have a registration table. If you would like to include the buffet lunch, we can accept cash, Chartfield or card.

Virtual registration will remain open through the event.

Location

The symposium is held at the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education in Chapel Hill, NC.

Parking

The Friday Conference Center guest parking lot is provided at no cost exclusively for conference attendees.

Permits are required and must be displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle when parked in the guest lot. You will receive a link to download and print your parking permit in your event confirmation email.

Lunch will be a buffet-style service onsite at the Friday Center during the first day of the event (no lunch on the second day). Requests for dietary needs can be made as part of advanced registration. Lunch costs $20.

Hotel accommodations should be arranged as soon as possible.
