We look forward to meeting with our customers and partners. Details on our office, including hours, location, directions, and parking, are listed below.

Hours

The hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

There this free public parking available in the front and back of the Carr Mill Mall lot.

Directions from the West

  • Take NC 54 East toward Hatch Road
  • Turn left onto West Main St
  • From West Main Street, turn left onto E Poplar Ave
  • Turn right onto N Greensboro St
  • Turn left into Carr Mill Mall (There will be a Harris Teeter to the left)

Directions from the North

  • Take NC 86 South (which becomes Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard) toward Neal Tapps Road
  • Turn right onto Estes Dr
  • At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto N Greensboro St
  • Turn left into Carr Mill Mall (There will be a Harris Teeter to the left)

Directions from the East

  • Take I-40 West to exit #270
  • Turn right onto US-15 S/US-501 S/Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd
  • Keep right to continue on E Franklin St
  • Turn right onto N Boundary St
  • Turn left at the 1st cross street onto E Rosemary St and merge onto E Main St
  • Slight right onto Weaver St
  • Carr Mill Mall entrance will be to the right

Directions from the South

  • Take US 15 N/US 501 N to Smith Level Rd
  • Use the 2 lanes to turn left onto Smith Level Rd
  • At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Smith Level Rd
  • Continue onto S Greensboro St
  • At the next traffic, circle continue straight to stay on S Greensboro St (Pass by Wendy’s)
  • Continue straight until Carr Mill Mall appears to the right
  • Carr Mill Mall entrance will be to the right

Entering Carr Mill

  • Walk through the front door and take the stairs through the doors on the left or the elevator to the right to the 2nd floor
  • On the 2nd floor go to the right and walk down to the very end of the hall
  • There will be a sign that says “D-15” outside of the suite door
  • Please ring the doorbell to be let in
