Welcome to CCSP/Palliative Care Grand Rounds

The Palliative Care and Comprehensive Cancer Support Programs (CCSP) co-organize weekly presentations on the care of seriously ill patients and their families, including individuals living with cancer, relevant to interdisciplinary clinicians. Individual topics address pain and symptom management, communication approaches with patients and families, strategies to facilitate coping and support, quality improvement and research in these disciplines.

Molly Cinderella, MD

I Don’t Want to be a Healthcare Hero Anymore: Moral Injury and Burnout in the Post-Covid Era

 

Bio:

Dr. Cinderella completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, where she focused her research on the growth and development of butterfly wings. She focused on advocacy, underserved populations, and medical school education at Augusta University, where she completed an elective at the capital in healthcare policy and was a founding member of the medical school’s student-run question bank. She completed residency at Wake Forest, serving as one of the chiefs in her third year, and is a current C-L fellow at UNC. Her clinical interests include catatonia, nutritional psychiatry, and medical ethics. She will be working at Cone Health in Greensboro following completion of her fellowship. In her free time, she enjoys baking, Magic the Gathering, and spending time with her husband and two wonderful children.
