Dear UNC Lineberger Cancer Network Friend,

Happy Spring!!! The pine pollen seems to have subsided just a bit, and the forests of the Piedmont have transformed to green in just a matter of days.

We are very excited to be bringing you TWO Patient Centered Care lectures in the month of April (no joking – details below). In addition to our second-Wednesday PCC, we have added a first Wednesday (April 5th at noon) Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Community-Inclusive Interventions to Achieve Equity in Cancer Care – with Samuel Cykert, MD and Christina Yongue, MPH, MCHES. I hope that you will be able to join us. Please sign up today!

Our team has been busy supporting educational lectures, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and plenty of spring events. We are also making final preparations for our studio move. Please stay tuned for details. As always, I am extremely grateful for the incredible talent and dedication of the entire membership of UNCLCN, and for the phenomenal kindness of our collaborators and customers around the state.
