Writing a Lecture Description

The Webinar Description serves as an “explainer” for the audience as a way to help them understand what the whole webinar is about. It should not repeat the objectives but should stand independently of them.

For her webinar “The 7th Vital Sign: Identifying Malnutrition,” Meredith Moyers, MS, RD, CSO, LDN wrote:

“Malnutrition is a common complication in cancer patients at time of diagnosis and throughout treatment which can negatively affect outcomes. This lecture discusses nutrition screening as a means to identify patients at risk of malnutrition and appropriately diagnose its extent.
