Welcome to Fellows ACHIEVE!
Recognizing a critical deficit in prior medical education structures to rapidly share and disseminate information, Fellows ACHIEVE, a trainee-driven alliance of 15 institutions across 11 States (and growing), was created to leverage videoconferencing and inter-institutional multidisciplinary collaborations to produce timely emerging best practices conferences on SARS-CoV2 and cancer care.
In doing so, we discovered that Fellows ACHIEVE also provided a novel opportunity for trainees to receive external mentoring and training from leading faculty, with several collaborations resulting in ongoing inter-institutional partnerships, generation of peer reviewed manuscripts, and more formalized training experiences.
In summary, Fellows ACHIEVE is a novel trainee-driven medical education skills development experience showcasing emerging best practices in cancer care through remote collaborations and shared experiences with leading national experts. We are thrilled to being moving forward with our adapting cancer care series 6/17/2020 — 9/16/2020 and to have your participation as attendees, future presenters, or member institutions of our leadership team.
