TREND
UNC TREND is a lecture series sponsored by the UNC Lineberger Endometrial Cancer Center of Excellence (ECCE) focused on Translational Research in ENdometrial Cancer Disparities. This lecture series is designed to promote translational, laboratory, population, and clinical research to improve overall endometrial cancer outcomes and reduce disparities in women battling this cancer.
Endometrial cancer is the 4th most common cancer in American women and is the only cancer type that is increasing in frequency and mortality. Endometrial cancer has one of the largest cancer disparities in North Carolina and the United States.
