Online Meeting

Our UNC Lineberger Cancer Network Telehealth team is available to assist you with a variety of cancer-related activities and collaborations. These include: 

  • Lectures 
  • Special Events 
  • Interviews 
  • Video Recording 
  • Live Streaming 
  • Collaborative Meetings via Video and Web Conferencing 

Our state-of-the-art studio is conveniently located at ITS Manning, 211 Manning Drive, where we have a studio with state-of-the-art equipment to enhance the recording of cancer-related lectures, meetings, symposiums, and other oncology-related projects. 

To find out more about support for your cancer-related event, please either submit an online request (below), email us at or call 919 445-1000. Support requests usually require no less than three business days’ notice, as each event requires preparation. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the event will be supported. You will either receive a call, an email or both to confirm your event details and whether we are available on the requested date and at the requested time. 


Any user signing into UNC Lineberger Cancer Network’s Webex will be assumed to understand and agree with the user agreement and PHI Video Conferencing Policy.

The UNC School of Medicine’s Academic Technology Services group now provides Tier 1 support and reservation services for most rooms in the hospital.
