Kelsey Quinn, PhD, is a Research Science Liaison at The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Quinn works with Lineberger’s Hematology and Cellular Therapeutic investigators to identify the highest value industry partners and develop strong clinical collaborations. She also assists investigators in developing various documents associated with clinical trial development and maintenance including letters of intent, initial clinical trials protocols, and protocol amendments.

Prior to joining UNC, she worked for Eva Garland Consulting (EGC) as a Scientific Consultant and Research Triangle Institute (RTI) International as an Innovation Analyst. In both these positions, she was dedicated to helping life science companies advance their research programs and products. She supported advancement of clients’ technologies, corporate positioning, business development, and coordinated proposal development. She worked successfully with both U.S. and international clients in a broad range of areas including cancer therapeutics, biologics, vaccines, biodefense, and biomarker technologies.

Dr. Quinn has a PhD in Animal Science and Molecular Cell Biology and an MS in Animal Science from New Mexico State University, with a focus on chemokine and cytokine signaling in reproductive physiology. Prior to her role at EGC and RTI, she worked as a postdoctoral research associate at UNC in the Department of Cell Biology and Physiology. She also holds a BS in Pre-Veterinarian Medicine from The University of Idaho.
