County-by-County Resources
Public or Public-Supported Programs by North Carolina County
There are many programs to help women access cancer screening, prescriptions, medical services, and transportation that are based upon where you live. In addition to that, cancer support groups that meet in-person are sometimes easiest found by the county where you live. This page is separated by the 59 North Carolina counties from which participants are being recruited, statewide resources, and national resources. Not all types of services have providers in all counties, and some services cover multiple counties and therefore may be headquartered in a neighboring county.
All attempts are made to keep this up-to-date and accurate. Please contact the study if you find an error or omission.
