Hayley Morris, MPH became the Health Services Research Specialist with COE and the CREATE initiative (Clinical Research Equity and Advocacy Through Engagement) in May 2021. She has 5 years of experience working in both clinical and academic research at UNC Pardee Cancer Center in Hendersonville, NC and Western Carolina University. Hayley graduated from Western Carolina University with a BS in Psychology and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with her MPH in Applied Epidemiology. She is responsible for coordinating data visualization efforts for COE and CREATE teams to facilitate assessments of the cancer burden in NC, inform action items in addressing those needs and support the research of CREATE focused on racial inequities in cancer care delivery. Hayley prepares visualizations from synthesized primary and secondary datasets, creates deliverables for use by stakeholders and participates in the development and implementation of COE’s comprehensive evaluation strategy.
