Meeting ID: 938 6936 9874

Passcode: 196103

This talk will review the standard approach to reporting adverse events (AEs) in clinical trials, why it fails to capture treatment tolerability and why this matters to patients with cancer.  It will introduce newer approaches to toxicity and tolerability assessment that capture AE time frame and the patient prospectively.  Lastly, the presentation will discuss ongoing initiatives focused on improving our understanding of cancer treatment toxicity, tolerability and the patient experience.

The Cancer Outcomes Research Program Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan Basch and Stephanie Wheeler. Please arrive at 7:45am to join us for a hot breakfast buffet prior to the start of our 8:00am meeting. Parking is available at the Rams Head parking deck next door; we will give you vouchers to park for free.
