Breakfast Seminar: Tess Thompson, School of Social Work, UNC
October 3 @ 7:45 am - 9:00 am
Interdependence in the context of cancer: A mixed-methods, dyadic perspective
Meeting ID: 951 8435 4690
Many social work and public health models posit multiple levels of influence on health, but data collection and analysis often involves only individual-level data. Dr. Thompson will discuss the benefits and challenges of using a dyadic lens to analyze data from people with cancer and their most important support people.
The Cancer Outcomes Research Program Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan Basch and Stephanie Wheeler. Please arrive at 7:45am to join us for a hot breakfast buffet prior to the start of our 8:00am meeting. Parking is available at the Rams Head parking deck next door; we will give you vouchers to park for free.
