This talk will address the primary and secondary prevention of cervical cancer among diverse groups of sexual minority women and transgender and gender diverse individuals assigned female at birth in the U.S. In particular, we will discuss how social and health care factors at multiple levels of influence shape Pap test use and human papillomavirus vaccination across and within racial/ethnic sexual and gender minority subgroups using an intersectional lens.
