Virtual program information: Sessions last about 30-40 minutes Supplies needed for class: computer, comfortable exercise attire, closed-toe athletic shoes, dumbbells, resistance bands, chair, floor mat, water In order to participate in classes, you must complete an exercise assessment.

Join our free community that meets monthly to discuss cancer and treatment effects on health and well-being, receive support, and make some friends along the way.
