- Integration of proteomic and transcriptomic data to build mechanistic models of the EGFR-MAPK signaling pathway for TNBC patients, with the goal to identify therapeutic predictors of efficacy of targeted kinase inhibitors.
- Investigation of the role of epigenetics in regulation of kinome remodeling and transcriptional reprogramming in response to targeted kinase inhibitors in breast cancer.
