Re-Entry Plans for Carr Mill Annex
Lineberger Cancer Center has approved the Outcomes program’s plan for re-entry into the Carr Mill Annex office for mandatory work only. Here are the ground rules for work in the Carr Mill Annex:
- Book and track your time in the office on the shared calendar
- Masks are required at all times, unless you are in a closed, single-person office or phone room
- 1 person per room max (except for room 203, 3 people max with 6- to 10-foot distancing)
- Use phone rooms (212, 239, 249) when necessary to ensure social distance
If you need to work in the Carr Mill Annex and have not already been added to the Outcomes – Carr Mill Annex Teams calendar, please contact Eden Gifford eden_gifford@med.unc.edu for access.
Using the calendar to track who is in which space when will aid in contact tracing, and also help folks who need to drop in decide on a good time to visit. Lineberger has supplied a small number of extra masks, and hand sanitizer. There are small colorful sanitizer bottles located throughout the space.
