Breakfast Seminar: Justin Bekelman, Radiation Oncology, University of Pennsylvania

November 5, 2019 @ 7:45 am - 9:00 am

Behavioral economics posits systematic ways in which human behavior is powerfully shaped by both financial and non-financial incentives. Interventions informed by behavioral economics directed at clinicians and patients can drive higher-value health care. This talk will present the essential principles of behavior economics and demonstrate ways these principles may dramatically transform cancer care delivery.

The Cancer Outcomes Research Program Breakfast Seminar Series is organized by Drs. Ethan BaschStephanie Wheeler, and Matthew Nielsen. Please arrive at 7:45am to join us for a hot breakfast buffet prior to the start of our 8:00am meeting. Parking is available at the Rams Head parking deck next door; we will give you vouchers to park for free.
