Exercise and physical activity are safe and helpful for most patients and survivors and can lessen fatigue, manage symptoms, improve wellness, and focus on quality of life.  If you aren’t sure if exercise is right for you, please ask your doctor.

Get Real and Heel

Get Real and Heel Online

Get Real and Heel is a 16 week exercise program for cancer patients and survivors of all types.  We have recorded workouts available for you to do anytime, as well as live workouts available during the week.  The schedule for our live, remote, workouts is available here. Get Real and Heel Foundations is our new online only program.  This program gives participants the foundations they need to safely participate at home while still providing a great workout. HealthScore Health Coaching Program provides cancer patients and survivors of all types with 6 months of 1:1 health coaching, symptom monitoring and navigation.  This is a research study, if you are interested in more details, please email healthscore@unc.edu.
