Bioinformatics Scientist
Caryn Willis is a Bioinformatics Scientist in the lab focusing on Single Cell RNA-Seq algorithm development and analysis. Although she’s originally from Buffalo, New York, she received her bachelor’s in mathematics from Indiana Wesleyan University and her masters in computational biology from Carnegie Mellon University. In her free time, Caryn is a competitive cyclist and enjoys traveling to the mountains to explore the mountain bike trails and gravel roads. She also enjoys baking and is working on perfecting donut recipes.
