UNC Lineberger is committed to providing an environment that is welcoming, inclusive and equitable.

To help us honor this commitment, we must raise awareness about – and then work to eliminate – systems and barriers. Many of us believe this has to start (but not finish) with listening and hopefully understanding the lived experience of those with diverse backgrounds.

We all have an important role in carrying out the cancer center’s mission.

This includes helping to establish and foster an environment that enables each of us to contribute to our fullest potential.
