Join our free remote exercise program via Zoom that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training.
Virtual program information:
- Sessions last about 30-40 minutes
- Supplies needed for class: computer, comfortable exercise attire, closed-toe athletic shoes, dumbbells, resistance bands, chair, floor mat, water
In order to participate in classes, you must complete an exercise assessment.
