Join our free remote exercise program via Zoom that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training. Virtual program information: Sessions last about 30-40 minutes Supplies needed for class: computer, comfortable exercise attire, closed-toe athletic shoes, dumbbells, resistance bands, chair, floor mat, water In order to participate in classes, you must complete an exercise assessment.

Stronger Together: A Wellness Community for People Affected by Cancer

Join our free community that meets monthly to discuss cancer and treatment effects on health and well-being, receive support, and make some friends along the way.
