I graduated from UNC in 2019 with a BS in Biomedical Engineering. During undergrad I worked in the Channing Der lab at UNC Lineberger for 3 years. Following graduation, I lived in the mountains of Colorado for a year before moving back to Chapel Hill. I am passionate about medicine and the ability of research to improve patient care and outcomes is exciting for me and a driving factor in my research.
In my free time I enjoy being in the outdoors including hiking, snowboarding, running and most sports. I also find myself working on my car more than I’d like to.
