Dear UNC Lineberger Cancer Network Friend,

Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Nadja Brown (who co-authored this article) and to Pat Muscarella. Both joined us in the last few weeks.

Nadja Brown is our new Interim Administrative Support Specialist. She is a recent graduate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She has a passion for healthcare and is excited to be working with the team helping provide education to NC residents on cancer care and research. Nadja will provide customer support, schedule meetings, help with the planning and organization of events, assist with Tumor Board monitoring, along with assisting with day-to-day operations

Patrick Muscarella is our new Technology Support Technician and has 16 years of Information Technology experience with UNC and UCLA. Prior to UNC Lineberger Cancer Network, he worked at UNC Kenan Flagler Business School and the UCLA School of Law.  In both roles, he was the lead technical support for classroom, auditorium, and conference technology. He is a graduate of McDaniel College with a major in Communications. Additionally, he has completed an Audio Engineering certificate program from The Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts and a Digital Signal Processing certificate from UCLA Extension. Patrick will be supporting Tumor Boards, Mediasite, Panopto, and other technologies and programs within UNC Lineberger.
