Area of Interest

My research focuses on the combination of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling and microfluidic perfusion systems as an animal-alternative approach to guide translational drug discovery and development. This research aims to improve the translatability of preclinical studies and to unlock the potential of functional precision oncology through in vitro/ex vivo drug testing.
