Area of Interest

My research focuses on the combination of quantitative systems pharmacology modeling and microfluidic perfusion systems as an animal-alternative approach for the systematic interrogation of drug pharmacokinetic (PK)-pharmacodynamic (PD) relationships. This research aims to improve the translatability of preclinical studies and to unlock the potential of functional precision oncology through in vitro/ex vivo drug testing and combination therapy optimization.
