Area of Interest

Our research focuses on developing bioinformatics approaches for linking insights gleaned through high-throughput single-cell immune profiling assays to clinical or experimental outcomes. We are interested in using these techniques to understand T-cell differentiation, and in a variety of clinical contexts, including, aging and neurodegeneration, women’s health, pregnancy, and trauma.
