Area of Interest
My research is in the broad area of systems biology, with both computational and experimental approaches used to explore network pharmacology and the development of rational approaches for the design of targeted therapies in cancer. We are also developing approaches in “translational AI,” focused on the development of machine learning/artificial intelligence methodologies to the solving of clinical needs, working to augment the abilities of healthcare providers and enhance broader clinical decision making. Together, this work is concentrated on the development of more effective means of diagnosis as well as therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcomes.
