Tomo is pursuing a career as a clinical investigator in GI cancer and geriatric oncology. His research is focused on identifying subgroups with unique clinical and molecular features by analyzing “omics” data. He particularly interested in refining treatment selection for older adults with GI cancer based on its molecular biology. He will approach this through a close collaboration with bioinformatics and GI cancer experts.
