Area of Interest

I am generally interested in statistical modeling of high-throughput genomics data, in particular cancer single cell data. I have worked on various methodological and collaborative projects spanning a wide range of areas, all of which were driven by scientific questions to be addressed in the biomedical field, and motivated me to come up with innovative statistical solutions to tackle the unique challenges posed by the biological datasets being studied, most of which are large-scale and complex genomics data.
