“Targeting of Ras membrane signaling complexes in cancer”

NC

Daniel Abankwa, PhD, uses visual and quantitative methods to study the membrane interactions and signaling output of nanoclustered proteins, especially small GTPases such as RAS. He is developing biosensors to track these interactions, and is also working on novel screens for isoform-selective drugs based on his mechanistic studies.
