Join our free exercise program that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance training.
In-person programming information:
- Sessions last about one hour.
- Class sizes are limited to 8 participants.
- Masks are required in the facility.
- Hand washing or sanitizing is required prior to exercise.
- All equipment is sanitized between each participant.
In order to participate in classes, you must complete an exercise assessment. Onsite parking is free of charge with registered parking pass.
