A program for patients with recurrent or metastatic cancer

The Sharing Hope cancer group is an ongoing video support group held on the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays of every month from 3:30—4:30 p.m.

Share your experiences, listen to others, and get support through these drop-in sessions.

The group is free, but please register below to attend.

If this is your first time attending a video support group at UNC Health, the group organizer will email you a participation waiver to sign electronically.

You only need to sign the waiver once, after which your registration below will prompt the social work facilitator to send you a WebEx Meetings link to join the group at the appointed day/time.

· Your consent to participate is required the first time you join a UNC Cancer Center video support group.

· A participation waiver with information about UNC’s videoconference support groups will be emailed to you upon completion of this registration form, which you will need to sign electronically.

· Your electronic signature can be completed easily on your smart phone with your finger or on a computer with the mouse, and after completion will automatically prompt the support group facilitator to email you a WebEx meeting link so that you can join the group at the appointed day/time.

· So please keep a look out for those emails!
