Age is the single most important risk factor for developing cancer and the incidence of most human cancers increases with advancing age. This lecture will examine the clinical utility of simple geriatric assessment tools and illustrates, using case-based scenarios, how such tools can be used to guide interventions and treatment decisions in this patient population. RN and Allied Health lectures offer CNE and ASRT continuing education credit (upon approval) for eligible participants. We invite anyone interested to view our lectures.
