Triangle Business Journal has included three UNC Lineberger members in their list of 2016 Health Care Heroes. Dr. Aziz Sancar, Dr. Deborah Mayer, and NP Mary Dunn will be honored at a ceremony in March.
UNC Lineberger members Dr. Aziz Sancar, Dr. Deborah Mayer, and NP Mary Dunn were included in The Triangle Business Journal’s list of 2016 Health Care Heroes.
This year’s winners were chosen from a pool of nominees whose applications were submitted online for consideration. The winners – doctors, nurses, volunteers and administrators – will be honored at an awards dinner on March 17 at The Rickhouse in Durham.
The winners and the categories they won in will be announced at the event, and profiles of them will be published as part of a special section in the March 18 issue of Triangle Business Journal.
